BOOKING
To avoid any disappointment, it is advisable to book gorilla and chimpanzee trekking tours in advance, especially during the high season since these are very popular excursions. In such cases where permits are involved, the permit costs will have to be settled at the time of booking.
For all our other tours and packages, we ask for a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% needs to be settled at least a day before departure.
AMENDMENT
At International Tours and Travel Ltd, we endeavour to always comply with our tour itineraries and your requests. However, if alterations need to be made because of unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond our control, we shall be responsible for any additional and/or unavoidable expenses which arise.
If amendments are requested by our clients, we shall discuss with them and find the most appropriate and budget-friendly solution. Our clients will then be responsible for covering the extra costs, if there are any.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
Our clients and their satisfaction are our priority, and our cancellation and refund policy reflects just that. For cancellations of tours and travel packages made more than a week before departure, we only keep 10% of the total price. If cancellations are made less than seven days before departure, there will be a 20% charge.
If, because of any unforeseeable or unavoidable event, we have to cancel the tour, our clients will receive full refund.
However, we do hope that you understand that in cases of no shows, there will be no refund. Same applies to unused services.
Also, since we work with different suppliers to provide certain services, such as ticketing, hotel booking, MICE and car hire, each with their own amendment and cancellation policies, refunds will be subject to their own conditions whenever relevant.

Prices are based on current rates of exchange, and are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
